Booking

Your request holds the dates for up to 48 hours. The booking is confirmed when we accept it by email.

The confirmed price is the one shown when you made the request.

Payment

Nothing is paid online. You pay for the stay on arrival, in cash or by bank transfer, and get a receipt.

Tourist tax, where it applies, is shown separately.

Cancellation

Let us know as soon as possible. Since nothing is paid in advance, cancelling costs nothing.

If we don't hear from you on the arrival day, the booking is cancelled.

Arrival and departure

Check-in between 2 pm and 6 pm, check-out by 12 noon (other times on request). Luggage drop-off is possible.

We ask for an ID card or passport for each adult: registering guests is mandatory in Morocco.

Under Moroccan law, Moroccan or binational couples staying together must follow the national rules on family status. This does not apply to non-Moroccan foreign tourists.

House rules

3 guests at most. No parties or events. Quiet hours from 11 pm to 8 am, out of respect for the neighbours.

No smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes. No pets (assistance animals welcome).

No commercial photography or filming.

Please leave the apartment as you found it.
