What we collect

For a booking request: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests, language and your message. Nothing else.

No card details, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.

Only to handle your booking and contact you about it. We never sell or share your data.

IDs are checked on arrival for the legal guest registration; they are not collected on this site.

Bookings are kept as long as tax and legal obligations require. Requests that don't lead to a stay are deleted after 12 months.

Under Moroccan law 09-08 and the GDPR, you can access, correct or delete your data by writing to us.
